  • Even though the younger you are, the faster you might see results, the answer is no. It's never too late to start. Mindset overrides natural talent or age. The most important part is to have patience and really fall in love with the process of change. Being curious and open minded goes way above natural talent or age.

  • If you're in the Miami area, in person training is the best option. I do have limited availability but you can contact me for more information.

    Otherwise you can train with me online, which is still highly effective. I offer either private online training, biannual 6 or 12 week long Courses as well as Live weekly group classes and class recordings. Another option is online programs (PDF format). Second to in person coaching, Courses are probably the best option if you need more guidance and struggle with consistency on your own.

  • I'd say the number one obstacle for people is generally consistency. I teach my clients how to create habits around training (key to consistency), how to be more reliable with themselves, how to set clear goals, stay away from distractions, map a plan of action and so on, which are all fundamental aspects into succeeding in the journey to any change.

  • This is subjective and varies from person to person, goal to goal. I'd say generally three times a week is enough to start seeing results. People tend to think something is better to be done everyday but that is unrealistic in the long run and usually doesn't last, so less but consistent is the way to go especially at the beginning.
